Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve informed us of your intention to return a product, you have an additional 7 days to provide a tracking number for the shipped return.

If more than 30 days have passed since you have received your order, we reserve the right to deny any return or refund request.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. If the product shows signs of use, dirt, damage, or any diminished value due to handling, testing, or opening, a deduction may be applied to the refund based on the item’s condition.

Please note that shipping costs and any transportation-related fees (such as customs, tariffs, or import duties) are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the shipping fees to return the product to us. If we incur customs fees upon receiving your return, these will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the original shipping costs and any fees incurred during delivery to you will not be refunded.
